Now in sg, wed is bring your own bag day, if u didn't bring your own bag, they will ask u to donate 10 cents for plastic bag...

ya lor, but still can see that many people using plastic bag instead of their own reusable grocery bags...
It really need some time to educate people since we have all gotten so used to plastic bag already :)
